Fur

At the moment I am reading Martin the Warrior by Brian Jacques. I love this book because it’s full of small animals and I am one to like small animals. These are some of my favourites from the book.

The moles are normally cooks in companies. Their favourite food is soup. Their language is:

That is just a few samples.

The rabbits do not like violence.They pretend to be fierce mirdrops. Mirdrops are made up rabbit creatures. To be a mirdrop rabbits hide and speak in deep voices. The rabbits speak English.

Weasels are pie-rats. (Get it?) They eat anything they can lay their hands on. They speak like this: “Aye lad, where be the meat?” They are brown but browner than mice.

The pigmy shrews are excitable creatures. They live in caves in cliff sides near beaches. They are small and black. Their swords are shells.

The male mice are normally brown. The females are white. Martin is the strongest mouse. He leads a company of 4. The 4 are, Grum, Brone, Feldoh, and Martin.

Fly Facts

Me and my friend Ezra have been collecting all of the different types flies. There are 60 of them!
These are my three favourite facts:

1. Flies vomit into there food before they eat it.
2.  Flies have only one  pair of wings.Their order name is diptera that means one pair of wings.
3. There scientific name  is musca domestica .

Lego Battle of the Bands

One day I had nothing to do so I made 4 Lego bands.

Lego Vikings

One day I found a Lego book at school and it had Lego Vikings in it, and I am learning about Vikings for my independent study. The Lego Vikings looked cool so I made my own.

How to Make a Bow and Arrow

 1. First get a piece of hazel wood (or other flexible wood) as tall as you, make sure it is straight.

2. Skin the bark of the of the hazel.

3. Scrape it so both ends are the same thickness.

3.Cut a notch at the top and bottom.

4. String your bow with nylon. Don't use anything stretchy.

ARROWS

1. Get a piece of straight wood about half as long as your bow.

2.Use a knife to make sure it has no lumps.

3.Cut a notch at the bottom

4.Sharpen the top.

Birthday Time!

On my birthday I asked for a surprise cake, and Mum and Dad made a Minion because I watch 'Despicable Me' a lot and I like Minions because they're cheeky.

Kevin's Bike

At the end of last year there was bike races on in Wyndham. Dad has a friend called Kevin and I was the only kid going up to see him. Kevin was in two of the groups of races because he has two bikes. He won both of his.

Nuckle and Me

Since Lego Ninjago has been out I have wanted to collect a lot of it. And finally we have the second biggest set in the world.

Nuckle came with a big bike and Kai on a spinner. On the movies of Ninjago Nuckle is a big idiot.

Me Making Dal

To make dal we had to put lots of spices in and chop up garlic. It tasted delicious.

I get Player of the Day

When I got player of the day. I took the trophy to school. Mum took my photo, and I felt
happy!!!

Gift for John

For another homework task I made John some belgium biscuits because he is sick. Thay are his favourite biscuitts and his son stels them.

For my homework task I made a meal for my family. They really enjoyed it. It was sushi. It was my first time making it. I taught Josie and Laurie how to make it. We had a feast! I didn't want any in my lunch the next day because I had already been filled up from my sushi.
